Dianna Agron split with Sebastian Stan: fresh flirt begins

Quinn Fabray on the television series 'Glee' Dianna Agron and her boyfriend 'Captain America: The First Avenger' star Sebastian Stan split from one another, according to the New York Post. The break up is because of the pressures of having a long-distance relationship. A source told the New York Post, “Long distance wasn’t working.”

One insider also said that Agron and Stan broke up because she was "super jealous" of any woman who appeared too close to Stan "She was always worried that he was cheating on her while he was away filming," the source tells Us. "But he never would!"

The 25 year-old actress and singer first began dating with "Gossip Girl" actor Stan, 28, in late May, just months after Agron split with her "volatile" ex Alex Pettyfer, her costar in I Am Number Four.

Agron is now spending her days in Los Angeles to film episodes of the hit TV show “Glee” but soon she will be flying to New York to observe Christmas day with her mom. Dianna Agron recently has attended the dinner party of the NYLON and Express Celebration of the December/January issue held at The Writer’s Room on Wednesday night (December 7) in Los Angeles. The Nylon Magazine features the actress on the cover in January 2012 issue.

As she is now single lots of people may try to flirt her. 90210's Trevor Donovan is one of them as "Trevor spent the night(Nylon celebration night) flirting with Dianna, who really didn't seem interested," an onlooker tells Us Weekly.

Lindsey Vonn didn't let the World Cup Super-G tittle go away from home

Lindsey Vonn after winning the tittle
Beaver Creek has become a history for Lindsey Vonn and will remain as an inspiration as long as she is in skiing. Yes on Wednesday Beaver Creek, Colo., course Lindsey Vonn has captured her first World Cup win on U.S. slopes by taking a super-G in front of a big crowd that was cheering her with ringing cow bells. This is  the resort in which she was raised.

She emerged victorious again to thrill more than 2,000 spectators, including dozens of Vail Valley (She is also from that Vail) kids who skipped school for the epic occasion. Upon crossing the finish line and seeing her time, Vonn pumped her ski poles in jubilation, which riled up the raucous hometown crowd even more. It is her her fifth win out of seven races this season and she is third most successful skier in the women's World Cup.

“One of my best races of my career,” Vonn said after winning the first women's race on the Birds of Prey. “Getting a chance to win at home, with a home crowd here, it’s just more than I could’ve expected.” "I woke up feeling nervous and anxious and excited," Vonn, 27, said becoming the first U.S. skier to win four consecutive World Cup races.

The Birds of Prey was designed in 1997 by Swiss Bernhard Russi for the 1999 world championships in Vail, and Vonn was among the volunteers who worked on the piste. The course became a classic of the men's calendar but was not retained for the women's World Cup.
Before her Austria's Renate Goetschl won three world cup tittles and she retired in 2009.

Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit again for $10 against the stalker and Hotel

ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit again against the man named Michael Barrett who pleaded guilty to videotaping her while naked through a peephole and the Nashville Marriott Hotel where the incident took place in 2008. Erin Andrews wants a payback of $10 million in damages for what happened at the West End Marriott Hotel, near the Vanderbilt campus, according to the Tennessean.

Andrews is suing this Nashville-area hotel for $6 million and the man who pleaded guilty to illicitly filming her, for $4 million. Andrews originally filed a lawsuit in 2010 against the hotels for giving out her room number to her stalker and against the stalker himself. Barrett pleaded guilty to filming the ESPN star naked and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in federal prison. According to court records obtained by Reuters, Andrews refiled the lawsuit to make sure the statute of limitations did not run out.

"I've filed this lawsuit to hold accountable those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public," Andrews said in an initial statement after the lawsuit was filed.

Pusuke, world's oldest living dog in Japan, yielded at the age of 26 years and 9 months

Pusuke
The world's oldest living dog named Pusuke who is in the list of Guinness Book of World Records at last yielded and passed away in Japan at the age of 26 years and 9 months. 26-years-and-nine-months-old would make him 182-years-old in human years. The IBTimes reports that Pusuke was almost killed in a car crash in 2008. The dog underwent surgery and lived another three years.

According to WebMD, the general rule to convert dog years to human years it to multiply the dog’s age by seven. (This is a simplified equation, according to WebMD. To get the dog’s accurate age in human years you have to take breed and size into consideration.)

The owner of the dog Yumiko Shinohara reportedly said that her dog died peacefully at home on Monday after his owner returned from running errands, according to Kyodo news. Shinohara also said her beloved pet had been healthy and active until Monday, when he began struggling for breath. She said, "I think [Pusuke] waited for me to come home."

This male crossbreed dog was certified as the world's oldest living dog by the Guinness Book of Records last December and could have created another record, had it lived for two years and eight months more. The record for the oldest dog, dead or alive, is currently held by an Australian cattle-dog, Bluey, who was put to sleep in November 1939. Bluey was 29 years and five months old at the time of his death.

Karina Smirnoff engagement with Detroit Tiger player Brad Penny called off.

Ukrainian professional ballroom dancer and 'Dancing with the Stars' champion professional partner in the thirteenth season Karina Smirnoff, 30 and her pro baseball player fiancé Brad Penny, 33, are calling off their engagement of more than a year, E! Online reports.

In October, the duo "postponed" their wedding, according to a source. At the time, they were "still together, but [had] conflicting schedules." There were already some rumblings that there was trouble in paradise when the "DWTS" champion and her MLB Pitcher fiance delayed their wedding earlier this year. At the time they blamed conflicts with their schedules for making it difficult to plan the grand affair. It is also clear from the fact that she never once mentioned Penny on stage and Penny was never spotted in attendance.

It is the second time this kind of incident happened. Before coming close with Detroit Tigers player Brad Penny in 2009 she ended her relationship with fellow DWTS pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

However Smirnoff has some other exciting news! She is filming an episode of upcoming new ABC sitcom "Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23" (we've seen the pilot, BTW, and we loved it). "The exciting news is happening today! I'm shooting an episode of ABC's new show Apt23! Can't wait!" she tweets.

Lawyer Robert Barnett representing Amanda Knox for her book to publish

The American student Amanda Knox who spent four years in an Italian jail as a convict of killing her British flatmate, will be represented by Washington-based lawyer and literary agent Robert Barnett to talk with publishers about the book telling the world her side of the story about her saga of being wrapped up in an Italian murder trial that caught the world's eye.

Knox, 24, was convicted in December 2009 of the murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher in Italy. She has been cleared of murder and freed from prison in October after a court overturned her murder conviction because of unreliable DNA evidence.

Mr Barnett is a high-powered attorney and behind-the-scenes operator who also negotiated former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's contract with Fox News. She also has brokered book deals for President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, many other persons in high position.

"[Barnett will] represent her in discussions with various book publishers who have expressed an interest in Amanda writing a book," David Marriott, the Seattle public relations specialist hired by the Knox family during her trial told CNN by e-mail. "Mr. Barnett will also assist Amanda and her family in evaluating other opportunities as well."

TLC reality star Kate Gosselin took to the streets to take part in the Zappos.com Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon on Sunday, December 4. It includes a run down the world famous Vegas strip. The marathon, benefiting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, is apparently took longer than she had hoped as the former Kate Plus 8 (cancelled) star and mother of eight children finished the run in 4 hours, 59 minutes and 21 seconds. Kate bundled up on an unusually cold night for Las Vegas, wearing a top that read “Finishing Is Winning.”

“I’m not one to do anything lightly,” After the race Gosselin told PEOPLE, “I either do it or I kill it. I guess this is considered killing it.”

"I'm running this because I want to show that with dedication and determination anything is possible. I want them to remember this moment when their mom completed a marathon, knowing that nothing in life should stop them from attaining their goals," Gosselin adds. "This will probably be one of the most painful messages I will ever impart to them."

During the event, American Idol finalist Casey Abrams and Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready performed to promote the cause.

At last Victory: Tiger Woods is back on the trail.

After 749 days and 26 tournaments, Tiger Woods won his first golf tournament narrowly defeating fellow American Zach Johnson to capture the Chevron World Challenge title Sunday, December 4. It is not an official PGA Tour event but an off season golf tournament hosted by Tiger Woods which is limited to 18 players and takes place each December at Sherwood Country Club, a course designed by Jack Nicklaus, in Thousand Oaks, California. He has been trying for a long time to repair his image, his personal life and a golf game that used to be the best in the world.

Tiger Woods stood over a 6-foot birdie putt Sunday to win the Chevron World Challenge and felt as though nothing had changed. When the final birdie putt from 6 feet disappeared into the cup, Woods swept his arm across the air, yelled through the din of the gallery and slammed his fist in a celebration that was a long time coming.

He birdied the last two holes for a 3-under 69 and won against an 18-man field at Sherwood Country Club. It was a two-man race against former Masters champion Zach Johnson over the final hour. Even so, winning is all that ever mattered to Woods _ now perhaps more than ever before.

"It feels awesome," said Woods on his official website, tigerwoods.com. "It was a lot of fun coming down the stretch." "If I don't make that putt it's in Zach's control," Woods added. "That putt was huge."

It was his 83rd win worldwide in tournaments that award ranking points, but his first since he won the Australian Masters on Nov. 15, 2009, back when he looked as though he would rule golf for as long as he played.

Metallica announced 2012 european shows

Heavy rockers Metallica announced more shows for their 2012 European Vacation on monday. Three more dates have been added, including festivals in Germany and Austria. They are to perform their eponymous 1991 album named 'The Black Album' in its entirety at a former Danish prison, where inmates included serial killers and mass murderers.

The 150-year-old prison was shut down in 2006 and now serves as an occasional entertainment venue. The large building's notable prisoners included former Minister of Justice Peter Adler Alberti and mass murderer Peter Lundin. It's not the first time Metallica have been behind bars for a big gig - the band performed for inmates at San Quentin State Prison in California in 2003.

"As you may have picked up already, this year's European trek has a theme," posts Metallica. "Each night we will be playing 'The Black Album' in its entirety to celebrate the 20th (ish!!!) anniversary of its release in August of 1991. We know, we seem to be big on these anniversary things lately... any excuse to get out and play!"

This Saturday, on December 3rd "The View," from Lou Reed and Metallica's album Lulu, will premiere exclusively on IFC.com and was promoted on the IFC television network. The video was directed by Darren Aronofsky and stunned him. He said, "I had never heard anything like it. Half was all Lou. The other half all Metallica. It was a marriage that on the surface made no sense, but the fusion changed the way I thought about both artists and morphed into something completely fresh and new. I couldn't stop listening to it. Lou's crushing lyrics, and the band's incredible licks. It's so original and that's why I wanted to work on it."

Cyndi Lauper to LABT youth: lipstic reminds them of HIV/AIDS

American singer, songwriter, actress and LGBT rights activist Cyndi Lauper  is among a number of celebrities (like Lady Gaga, Nicky Minaj and Ricky Martin) who have supported the M.A.C. AIDS Fund, which has raised $224 million to fight  HIV/AIDS.

More to say that Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays will be presented Dec. 4 at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan to help raise awareness about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered youth homelessness.  “A lot of people are feeling bad about themselves, and when you’re a teenager you’re self destructive,” Lauper tells PEOPLE. “But what seems terrible now won’t be terrible 10 years down the line. It’s not as bleak as it looks. You’ll get through it. You are precious. Protect yourself.”

Those words of caution come on World AIDS Day, a time to remember those who’ve lost their lives and those who are fighting to stay alive. “If you get yourself sick with AIDS, you’ll either be dead or living with AIDS,” Lauper says firmly. “It’s hard to go through life with a compromised immune system. AIDS is 100 percent preventable … but it’s 100 percent not curable.”

Cyndi Lauper thinks that those who wants to prevent HIV/AIDS should wear leapstick. she believes that lipstick is a good way to remind young girls about the dangers of HIV/AIDS. This 58 year old singer said, "as a mother, you could give your girl a Viva Glam lipstick and with it, the message and reminder that every time she puts it on to go out, be protected."

Britney Spears has begun her 30s: Free concert for fans in Mexico city

More Britney Images
Femme Fatale artist, the Pop Princess Britney Spears has begun her 30s. On Friday she reaches her 30, she was born on December December 2, 1981. But such a glowing personality spet her birthday rather simply as she spent her birthday ice-skating in Houston with her handsome boyfriend Jason Trawick.

Though the pop star kept the day private, her Hollywood friends were sending birthday messages or homemade videos.  "Happy birthday to the beautiful Miss Britney Spears! Welcome to the 30's club, Brit!!" Kim Kardashian told the pop star on Celebuzz. "I wish you all the best for this next year and beyond. You're going to love your 30's! I love you and hope you have a magical day."

Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber phoned Spears on Friday, while Nicki Minaj and Lance Bass (who kiddingly called his old pal "grandma") – not to mention hundreds of her biggest fans – posted videos to honor her.

Rihanna, Katy Perry (who wrote, " Happy B-day, Brit Brit!"), Ke$ha, Pauly D, Heidi Klum, Miley Cyrus and others sent their well-wishes, as did Ryan Seacrest: "7 years and so many frosted tips later, we're both finally 30!" he wrote, while also posting an old photo of himself with Spears. Her response: "Next step for you are extensions!"  Brit-Brit graciously thanked them in return, reminiscing about birthdays past and even remembering a song she forgot she recorded!

The last two turbulent decades saw her start as one of the biggest pop stars in the world, then hurtle through a nightmare progression of breakdowns, marriages, divorces, hospitalizations, a disastrous MTV VMA performance, a head-shaving incident and the loss of custody of her children.

Following her birthday she is giving a free concert in Mexico city at the city's Monument to the Revolution on sunday December 4. Fifty thousand fans are being expected to attend the grand concert. It is a thanks giving concert from her part for the success of Femme Fatale tour.

Alicia Keys working on bringing an end to HIV/AIDS: a documentary airs on World AIDS day

December 1 is the World AIDS day. The day has been observed throughout the world with due solemnity and dignity. People also have had the opportunity to celebrate a few important developments in the battle against this epidemic: deaths are down, a cure is in sight and better drugs are saving lives.

For Alicia Keys, singer-songwriter, record producer, and occasional actress, this day was a little bit special. The singer’s documentary, “Keep a Child Alive with Alicia Keys,” airs on World AIDS Day. The TV show follows the performer and five young adults as they visit “Keep a Child Alive” funded sites in South Africa. Keys told CNN, “I want people to feel like you can do something about this (epidemic).”

Keys started her charity, Keep a Child Alive, in 2003. It assists those affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. She says she hopes the film reaches out to those who want to help, but can't make it to Africa.

"Even if you never have been able to travel there, or if you never can, that doesn't mean you can't travel with us and really see it for yourself," she said.

Alicia Keys and her fellow singer U2 frontman Bono are heading to Washington, DC today to talk to Presidents Obama, Clinton and Bush about what’s next in the battle against AIDS.

Gwyneth Paltrow:on racial diversity and the Black community

More Photos: Click
'Shakespeare in Love' star Gwyneth Paltrow  has spoken out again about her cutting-edge coming of age experiences, specifically being at the forefront of the reform of race relations in America. Paltrow’s ability to annoy and irritate by being simultaneously unaware of her privilege while condescending every other person in the rest of America is so prolific, and her recent comments about her dad’s work on an 80′s TV show as a testament to her being down-ness is so tone deaf it’s almost offensive.

In an interview that's sure to have her many haters foaming at the mouth, outspoken actress Gwyneth Paltrow sat down with noted author/music executive Steve Stoute for his AOL Huff Post series, The Tanning Effect, and cleared her view on racial diversity and the Black community.  Why Upper East Sider GP is an authority on topics such as Black hair, diversity on magazine covers and representations of Black people in the media seems limited to the fact that her father, Bruce Paltrow, created a groundbreaking television show (The White Shadow, about a white guy who teaches basketball to inner-city kids) and her friendship with her besties, Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Nevertheless, here's some of what she had to say:

This 39 year-old Oscar- and Golden Globe-winning actress said,  ”And that show that he did — I mean, obviously we were there a lot, but it was interesting to see that culturally start to permeate. And he did a lot of ‘firsts’ on that show. He had the first interracial kiss ever. It was a good show.” (Editor’s Note: As a point of fact, the first televised interracial kiss was between William Shatner and Nichelle Nichols on “Star Trek” in 1968.)

Paltrow added, “I don’t want to bemoan the fact that it should’ve happened 50 years ago, because it’s here now. And it’s like the way I see it is that I have two little kids who are understanding the world in a time when Rihanna is on the cover of Vogue, and we have a black president. So their eyes are being as if they’re experiencing the world for the first time… When my daughter understood what a president was, it was a black man. It’s not like me, where I grew up with all of these old white guys one after another … Their perspective on race and everything is completely open and completely different to how it was when I was a kid.”

Jacksonville Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio dismissed before the team's handing over

Jack Del Rio

Jacksonville Jaguars has recently fired head coach Jack Del Rio and reached an agreement to sell the small-market franchise to Illinois businessman Shahid Khan.

Majority owner Wayne Weaver made the announcement Tuesday. Weaver gave general manager Gene Smith a three-year contract extension. He said Khan will have 100-percent control of the team. Weaver called Khan "a great American success story" and said the Pakistan-born entrepreneur will keep the team in Jacksonville. Khan is the owner and CEO of the Flex-N-Gate Group based in Urbana, Ill. Khan had been a candidate to buy controlling interest in the St. Louis Rams last year. The sale of the franchise and the firing of Del Rio are the city's most significant news since the team's inception in 1993.

In the meantime, Former Jacksonville Jaguars star running back Fred Taylor who is playing in the team for 11 years from 1998-2008, doesn’t think recently fired head coach Jack Del Rio is fit to be a head coach, according to Yahoo! Sports. “At the end of the day, [Del Rio]‘s not a head coach,” Taylor told Yahoo!. “He’s a great defensive coach. But he’s not a head coach.”

Del Rio, 48, had posted a 68-70 record as Jacksonville’s head coach since joining the team in 2003. In 2002, Del Rio served as the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers, and he has also spent time as an assistant defensive coach for the Baltimore Ravens and the New Orleans Saints.

Guy Aitchison is at the top of the biomechanical tattoo field.  He has produced some of the best large color biomech tattoos I’ve ever seen.  Torn between painting and tattooing he has created numerous works featured in top art and tattoo magizines. Guy believes tattooing is a very critical type of commercial art, where success or failure of any given project has very deep implications for the client. This forces an extra degree of dedication and flexibility on the part of the artist, and the clients’ participation helps maintain a flow of fresh ideas and images into the artist’s bag of tricks.
